The band that played every wedding in the county, and at least four weddings for one family, is playing its last one tonight, and everybody’s invited.
The evening
Dinner and dancing
A buffet dinner, and the dance floor opens before the plates are cleared.
A live band all night
Ray and the Sentimentals play from the bandstand all evening: the songs people danced to at weddings across four decades. And, yes, you’ll be able to join in the dancing.
You were at their wedding
Every guest comes as someone who was at one of the family’s earlier weddings. You’ll get a card with a few memories to share and a pin in your wedding’s color. The couples will greet you as an old friend, usually by the wrong name.
Play along as much as you like, or enjoy dinner and watch. Nobody is ever put on the spot.
Different every night
The volunteers and the improvised moments change with every performance, so a second visit is a different night.

Tables are how the night is seated. Bring seven friends and the table is yours, or come on your own and we’ll seat you with good company.

Join the wedding party
Arrive 45 minutes early for a chance to play a small character in the show. Volunteers are briefed before doors open and get a gift from the band. Then you sit down to dinner with everyone else.
Spots are limited and every role is small.
Groups and sponsors
A table of eight makes the night easy to plan for a birthday, an anniversary, a wedding party or the whole office.
Businesses can sponsor a table and get a sign on it, plus a thank-you read aloud during the evening.
